Yup, I don’t think I’d be completely satisfied with any actor to play Race. I always thought that kid who played John Conner in the second Terminator movie would make a good Cody, but he’s probably about thirty by now. 🙂

Such an interesting interview! If anyone hasn’t read it, they ought to click on the link. Loved McKenzie’s review of Running Wide Open and felt that being a teen herself, her discussion was especially meaningful. To echo Angela’s thoughts; Who is cool enough (and good looking enough) to play Race?

Alice, I think McKenzie did an awesome job. You can see her analytical skills at work. It’s interesting to see someone approach my book like that, because as writers we’re never sure how we’re coming across. It’s cool to see how someone defines the layers we tried to incorporate.

Mark, I went to Corbett high school with him. I don’t really know him personally, but a bunch of people in my class do, so when I was working on our reunion a couple of years ago I wound up friending him.
